RACE COURSE
This is great double track off–road running experience (entire "dirt" portion of the course is about 4–5 feet wide all double track). The race will start on the paved trail (required for spacing) and will go about 3⁄4 of a mile before leading into the woods. The terrain is made up of a little bit of everything, rolling hills, double track, minimal roots and rocks (running surface is very forgiving). The course is beautiful and offers something for every runner truly wishing to ´ditch the city´. This course sets up well for anyone interested in trail running but has never experienced one.
