Dirty Spokes Productions, LLC is a southeastern athletic events company dedicated to 12 Hour Mountain Bike and Trail Running Races. Who are the brains behind Dirty Spokes Productions? We are mountain bike and trail running enthusiasts like the rest of you. These events are designed for mountain bikers and trail runners to have fun, be competitive and provide an endless supply of great memories! No matter the level (beginner to expert) it is there for you. We are not trying to re-invent the wheel just trying to perfect the roll. Dirty Spokes Productions, LLC is excited to present our 12 and 6 hour mountain bike team relay races and trail running races to you. We are proud to announce Georgia's 2nd Annual 12⁄6 Hour Mountain Bike Race – Endurance = 20 Point Series - 2009! This year we will have 4 races in the series (Heritage Park, Fort Yargo State Park, Tribble Mill Park, and Unicoi State Park)! Rules are simple: choose a category, race in it get the most laps in your "selected" category and see how you finish (we will go by most laps – if there is a tie we will go to best overall time). If you race as a team 2 or 4 person, you must enter each race with the same people to qualify for the series title (sorry, no exceptions)! We will still give the great prizes we have been giving out at each race for the winners of each category. Series winners (1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd) will get Dirty Spokes Trophies!

We are also excited to host the XTERRA Georgia Trail Running Series 2009! This series goes until September of 2009 (our series finale will be at "Rock Hawk" - Eatonton Ga. with a choice of a 3.1 mile or 13.1 mile trail race). The series consists of 9 off road ⁄ trail running races for 2009! The XTERRA 2009 calendar starts in October of 2008 (you can click on the link in the upper left corner "XTERRA Trail Run Series – XTERRA Georgia Series – About Our Run Series" for more information or visit the XTERRA site: www.xterraplanet.com). After the series finale on August 23^rd our next race wil l be at Bull Mountain (starting at Camp Washega 4-H Center, Dahlonega, Ga.) this race will kick off the 2010 XTERRA Georgia Series!

We have also added the Dirty Spokes Ekiden Trail Race - it's a 40K Team Relay (or 40K Solo trail run for you endurance nuts)! It's gonna be fun! It will be at Georgia International Horse Park, Conyers, Ga. - October 18^th, 2009! Get your 4 person team ready (click on the link to find out all the race information - left side of the page).

Timing for the Dirty Spokes Race... we have purchased the RFID Timing System (www.rfidtiming.com) and will be doing "chip timing" for all of our races this year! That's right for the Dirty Spokes 12⁄6 hour mountain bike races, XTERRA Georgia Trail Running Races and the Dirty Spokes Duathlon we will be using "chip timing" for each of these races. Same as always in the "team events ⁄ races" each team will have their own timing chip (2 ⁄ 4 person teams will have 1 chip and it will serve as a “baton”). We will hand these "chips" out at the registration table and will collect them back at the end of the races... FOR ANY CHIP THAT IS LOST ⁄ NOT RETURNED AFTER THE RACE YOU WILL BE BILLED $35.00
